ENT: You should see an ENT to differentiate between allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. A culture can be performed and imaging if necessary. ENT can also scope for anatomical abnormalities and nasal polyps. It's good advice to see the specialist and self advocate for a scope and culture.
