Prob herpes or yeast: Herpes and yeast are by far the most common causes of such a problem. If redness and swelling of labia plus small sores (like cracks) in the sore area, yeast is likely. If larger sores, herpes is the best bet. New genital herpes often shows up without known risk, e.g. partner with no symptoms and no known herpes. Get expert care e.g. NHS GUM clinic, ASAP for accurate diagnosis & Rx if herpes.
