Not if intermittent: If pain is present mainly during rest at night, it sounds like muscle fatigue which could be related to a change in exercise or training or dehydration. If pain is reduced with stretches and walking, it should resolve soon. See a doctor if pain is progressiive or your calf is swollen or discolored.
