I have a lower respiratory tract infection this is the 5th day of antibiotics and i feel worse than before don't know what to do?

Viral infection?: Most respiratory infections, including "lower" ones (bronchitis, pneumonia), are due to viruses; or if a bacterial infection, a virus often started the problem. Influenza, for example. No virus responds to antibiotics. And even with bacterial infections, it can take several days for improvement to begin. But to be safe, contact the doctor treating you.
