I gave birth 3 months ago and i'm still bleeding, it's very light,sometimes it goes away, when i pick up heavy things it comes back, irregular periods?

Should get checked: 3 months is a bit long after the pregnancy to be irregularly bleeding from pregnancy itself but periods should not be irregular (unless periods were irregular before). One should get checked out for things such as retained products of conception as well as non-pregnancy-related causes of irregular bleeding
