All different: Shaving bumps (folliculitis): Shaved areas only (obviosly), red bumps, some pimple-like, often a hair visible in the center. Warts are painless, non itchy bumps, often firm or quite hard. Herpes: initial red bump becoming blister then open sore over a few days, then healing with scabs. Initial herpes and warts usually on genitals per se, e.g. labia minor, vaginal opening. But see MD if uncertain.
