Molluscum: Studies show that molluscum contagiosum in adults is usually an STD and is self limited in duration. Small # lesions found on genitalia, perineum, lower abdomen and buttocks. People with problems with immunity such as HIV can have disseminated disease. However, you are young and hopefully you developed it from a fomite such as gym equipment can cause many.
