Very rare, no worry: Penile cancer is very rare in everyone, regardless of circumcision or past HPV, about 2,000 per year in the US (among 320 million US population). Also, almost all penile cancer is curable when it appears, without radical or disfiguring treatment like amputation. The risk is higher in uncircumcised than those who are circumcised. The HPV types that cause warts and cancer are different.
