Nexplanon: You should have been counseled that the major side effect of progesterone only contraception is abnormal bleeding. This could be bleeding every day or no bleeding at all or anything in between. The bleeding pattern you describe could be entirely normal. Keep a menstrual calendar to follow your pattern as one is developed.
