Twilight Sinus?: Probably nothing. The night time sinus just contains an antihistamine that helps you sleep. Just make sure you don't exceed the maximum daily dose recommendations.

Jittery or drowsy: The medications in night time preparations usually include an antihistamine (causes drowsiness) in addition to acetaminophen (Tylenol) and a decongestant (EG, phenylephrine). Taking double the decongestant dose can make some people jittery. The extra acetaminophen isn't enough to cause a problem (but taking double the recommended dosage of acetaminophen over time can be toxic to the liver).
