Can u tell me if there is a anything at all that cleans out methamphetimes and how to pass a drug screen?

Nothing effective: I'm not aware of anything effective. I did a quick search online and found most of the options offered are quirky at best. As a healthcare provider I don't much care what reason you have to want to pass a drug test. However, if you have any addiction issues then I think that should be addressed. As for the original question, I'm not aware of any method to get rid of the metabolites faster.
