Depends: There are different kinds of nerve injury. A mild injury in which the nerve is stretched or stunned can resolve on its own in days to weeks. A more severe injury in which the nerve is cut or torn but the nerve sheath is intact can take longer--nerve regrowth of about one inch per month is a rule of thumb. Some injuries don't heal. Its important to address nutrient deficiencies if you have them
