Vaginitis: It is common to have some spotting or break through bleeding from the hormones in the moring after pill, but usually this is bright red or brownish like old blood. If the color is yellow, I would be concerned about a vaginal sexually transmitted infection and recommend that you have an evaluation by a gynecologist. The pill protects against pregnancy but not infection. Good luck.
