Lochia: After delivering the placenta whether vaginally or by cs, the site inside uterus sheds and will be yellow. You may notice an odor. This is usually normal.

Please call your OB: If you just had a c-section any problems should be directed to your OB as he knows you and how the c-section went, and I am sure your OB told you , no sex until after the post partum exam which is usually done 6 weeks after delivery u may have some type of infection or that may be some old lochia please call your gyn.
