May need testing: Is there any odor associated with it? If there's a fishy odor may be an bacterial infection that can be treated with antibiotics. Another possibility may be a parasitic infection that can also be treated with antibiotics. There are other explanations as well, such as a mix of Replens with lubricant or semen. The best way to tell is with additional testing of the discharge.
