I have a wasp sting on my pinky finger.i was stung a couple of days ago and i was unable to remove the sting. it has a white dot where i was stung & parts of my finger have dark dots like blood has come to the surface. is this normal?

Possibly : Can you post a picture? Does seem like a bite reaction but then without having it examined or seeing it can be difficult to be sure

Normal?: If the stinger is left in there will be a foreign body reaction where the body will encapsulate it and it may form an abscess. Sounds like that is what happened, there may be surrounding infection or reaction to it. Home treatment may include hot water soaks with soap and epsom salts but you likely need a doctor to evaluate it for antibiotics and drainage.
