No it won't: Cephalixin might cure gonorrhea, but not reliably. And for sure it will have absolutely no effect against chlamydia. Don't take it. If you think you have gonorrhea, chlamydia, or any STD, see a doctor or clinic for diagnostic testing and proper treatment. Also make sure your sex partner(s) get examined and treated.
