Prob not gonorrhea: Gonorrhea doesn't cause such odors. This almost certainly is just a hygiene problem. If you had gonorrhea, you would probably have pus dripping from your penis and painful urination. However, if you have been sexually active and perhaps exposed to gonorrhea or other STDs, see your doctor or a clinic for testing.
