Incomplete data: A 'tender spot" doesn't give much to work with. Where on the head? Flat or raised ? Color change of surrounding skin ? History of recent bug bite or trauma? This could be as simple as a swollen lymph node from a bug bite, an abscess forming around an infected hair root, a blood pocket from trauma, and more.When you submit a question, the more data you provide the more likely we can help.
