Vertebral fracture: If you have had a bone density test showing that you do not have osteoporosis, and if you have not had any recent trauma to explain the vertebral fracture, then a vertebral fracture may have been caused by significant pathology such as an infection or tumor, and you should see a physician for further evaluation.
