PCOS: See Dr:. Dermatology and GYN endocrinology. Metformin and spironolactone are helpful. Are you very heavy? Need to check A1C for diabetes. Some birth control pills are much better for you than others because of different androgenicity of the progesterone component. It is OK to shave as this will not change hair quality. Laser can be considered.
