I went to the dr today found out i was 10 weeks pregnant but just last week i got 2 negative test. can anyone explain?

Incorrect reading : If your doctor did a sonogram to confirm that you are in fact 10 weeks pregnant then a home test would have been positive and accurate last week. Reading it worng or buying a defective test are possible explanations.
