Needs assessment : Variety of causes. If there is any possibility of pregnancy (sexually active within last 4 weeks) needs urgent pregnancy test. Need to also consider the possibility of infection so please see a doctor for examination and swabs

Brown: discharge usually means "old blood" Suggest if no reasons why you should not DOUCHE to clear your vagina and cervical area and see if that stops your problem...If not 1. get an OTC Pregnancy test (JUST TO BE SURE) and see your GYN Hope this is helpful Dr Z
