I have sudden red spots on one of my breast what could be the cause ?

Depends: Have they been there days? Wait & see if they go away. Do they itch? Are they blistered? Painful? Could be shingles. Have the spots been there for more than 10 days? Are they spreading? Do you pick at them? Generally, if a rash resolves in a couple of weeks and you leave it alone, don't worry. If it persists, have an MD check it out. Be honest if you pick or punch the spots.
