Leave it alone: What she did is produce the equivalent of a road rash/abrasion. If she will leave it alone it will self heal in a week.

Skin abrasion: As Proctor and Gamble published, wash your daughter's arm with plenty of cool water. It is made with melamine, a mild abrasive like sandpaper. Your daughter now has an area of abrasion on her arm.
