Aching arm: Please have this man see his doctor ASAP or go to the emergency room. It could be an emergency such as a heart situation/circulation (even though that normally presents w/pain in the left arm) or something simpler like a strain or pinched nerve. Be safe and have peae of mind. Peace and good health.
