Atrial means the: top part of your heart. Ventricular means the bottom part of your heart. Bigeminy means every other beat is early. Since the electrical activity of the atrium is separated from the ventricle by the AV node it is potentially possible to have both atrial and ventricular bigeminy simultaneously. I would imagine it to be more likely that these rhythms would occur independently.
