Vaginal discharge: It all depends on when you started the birth control pills. If you just started it a month ago then it may be a normal flow. If you started 2 weeks ago it could be breakthrough bleeding. If you have been on it for several months and you missed a flow and it is not time for your flow then it could be tissue from the pregnancy. Without more information I cannot tell for sure.
