Hernia, lymph node?: Its an anatomical area with many treasures. Cysts growing from hair follicles can occur anywhere. A hernia of inside stuff should go away when you lie down. There are lymph nodes that can swell. Those two are usually painful. I suggest consulting with your PCP.
