Vaginal discharge: If your vaginal discharge hasn't changed for a few years, it may be normal for you. However, yellow color and/or mucus often are signs of infection. Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. If any doubt, see your doctor. Good luck!
