Wait a few weeks: A couple having sex, who needed to use Plan B, can wait 3 weeks and do a home urine pregnancy test at that time. If the result is negative, then there is no pregnancy. Meanwhile, if continuing to have sex, they should continue to use a reliable primary form of contraception (their Plan A). If the pregnancy test result is positive, which is unlikely, there is a cute baby on the way.
