Fatigue bloating abd: Is there fever? Diarrhea ? nausea? vomiting? How long has this been going on? Could be gallbladder( acute) or gastritis or food intolerances, or constipation or ovaries or even ischemia of the bowel or cardiac origin . She needs to be evaluated in urgent care /ER
