No: A menstrual period for 7 days or for 5 days is normal, but for 75 days is not normal. It's time to see one's primary care doctor for evaluation. The primary care doctor, if he or she does not usually take care of menstrual problems, can refer to the Ob-Gyn doctor. Can see a doctor soon, such as this week, because 75 days is a really long time already. If dizzy or lightheaded, the ER can evaluate.
