Hard to guess: That would depend on how much remains in a person's body, which depends on how fast (or slow) her body removes the drug, and also depends on how sensitive the test is. Suboxone has a long half-life and thus stays in the body longer than typical opiod drugs. If the half-life in that person is 48 hours, it would mean that half of the drug is present 2 days later, and one fourth is present at 4 days.
