Exercise: is good for us all but we need to adapt it to our physical condition. Please see your doctor to make sure it is ok for you then start gently, perhaps w/a brisk walk daily. If you feel fatigue please stop. Peace and good health. Yoga can stretch muscles, oxygenate the body, and calm the mind. That's another possible option.
