Unusual combination: This is an unusal combination of antibiotics and they should not be taken together except with advice of a doctor who knows what infection(s) are being treated. You definitely should not self treat with these antibiotics for two different infections: they probably would be equally effective and you may not need both. If you haven't seen a doctor, do that and follow the advice you get.
