Try this: -treat any congestion beforehand. If you're feeling "stuffy" before flying, use nasal decongestant or antihistamine before boarding -yawn widely -swallow. Chew gum, suck on hard candy, sip a drink. -try valsalva maneuver: hold nostrils closed w/ your fingers, close your mouth & blow softly. Be gentle. Persistent pain or pressure lasting beyond 1-2 days? Get seen.
