Menorrhagia: May need to see a doctor for swabs and smears if you have ever been sexually active. Plus consider blood tests for iron and thyroid. If these are normal there are a variety of options for your treatment

Period: Depends! Detailed history will be need to comment. Various questions need to be answered first-- how is your normal period, any irregularities, prev preg, any sporting, what is your weight, do u have any thyroid disease, last blood work up . I would suggest see your GP for discussion and advice.

Not ovulating: You may have had a cycle where you didn't ovulate which sets up a temporary imbalance in hormones. Usually this self regulates and you get back on track, but if no period in another 1-2 weeks get checked as there are things your doc c an do to start things back
