Severe R Abd Pain 20: In a 20-year-old female presenting with severe abdominal pain we tend to worry about possible serious caused such as cholecystitis, appendectomy, ovarian torsion, ectopic pregnancy, on and on. Hope it is nothing serious but the ER is the best place to get this addressed at this time.
