Doesn't matter: For most antibiotics, dosing frequency usually doesn't matter very much. The important thing is to take all doses every 24 hours. With amoxicilin 4x daily, anywhere from 4 to 10 hours is OK between doses. A good schedule usually is bedtime, when you wake up, and space the other two doses more or less equally during the day. (Unless your doctor advises otherwise.)
