Lot's of stuff: Could be gas, appendicitis, kidney stone, and others... If you are still in pain you should see your doctor and get checked.

See doctor : Needs examination and possibly a urine as above. Are your testicles ok? Problems here can sometimes present as lower abdominal pain. Suggest you get checked urgently

Need evaluation pls: Causes of recurrent abdominal discomfort as described may be identified by first addressing signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved. Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent blunt or penetrating trauma, herniation? Stressors? Other risks? Still have appendix?
