I took 11 ponstan 250mg capsules a few days ago, did i overdose? what are the side effects?

Normal dosage: With 11 capsules you still didn't reached the maximum dosage for this medication. So you are in the safe zone. However we generally don't recommend taking the maximum dosage for over-the-counter medications. If you didn't overdose you generally would be quite ill having side pains, nausea vomiting headaches and often blurred vision.
