Not best test.: While abdominal MRI can show signal changes as a result of colon cancer, if the tumor / polyp is small, or in a fold, then there's a high probability of missing it. CT colonography is a better test, but has limitations. The BEST test is a colonoscopy (by an experienced Gastroenterologist).
