Not best test.: While abdominal MRI can show signal changes as a result of colon cancer, if the tumor / polyp is small, or in a fold, then there's a high probability of missing it. CT colonography is a better test, but has limitations. The BEST test is a colonoscopy (by an experienced Gastroenterologist). In fact, colonoscopy is used to SCREEN for colon cancer in high-risk populations. TTYD or use HealthTap Prime
