Menopausal symptoms: Lupron "turns off" your ovaries and stops your cycles, artificially (and reversibly) putting you in a menopausal state. Typical symptoms are mood swings and hot flashes. If you become very symptomatic, talk to your doctor about add-back estrogen therapy.
