Growth chart: of your child would show his weight/stature growth over time, you didn't mention how old is your son, his pediatrician would assess his development with good history and physical exam, he may be perfectly normal and that's how he is built, if any problem, the pediatrician would ask for more tests or referral to a Pediatric Endocrinologist, best wishes

Hard to say: Growth varies quite a bit in normal kids of a similar age.Expected final height of males is the average of both parents +2-3 in.They also can grow/hit growth spurts at different times based on many factors.You have not provided height or age,so further comment on his potential is difficult.If you are concerned talk with his doc. A single x-ray of his wrist/hand can reveal growth potential.
