Could also be urine: Light pink watery fluid on the toilet paper could be blood in the urine or something from the vagina. If it's vaginal, you would also expect it between urination. It's not unusual to miss a period, even thought you're not pregnant. But once you miss 2, you should see your primary or gyn doctor. If you have taken any hormones in the past 6 months, they affect your periods for months.
