Obgyn visit: At 5 weeks one would not expect to see a fetus. It is too early. A transvaginal sonogram might be able to identify a gestational sac inside of the uterus. You Should see an Obgyn and have them evaluate you. After about 6 weeks a fetus should be visible by transvaginal sonogram
