Fatigue: The list for causes of fatigue is enormous! Although low iron and low B12 can be associated with feeling tired, you should have your labs specifically monitored to evaluate whether these supplements are indicated. Poor sleep, lack of exercise, anemia, thyroid disorders, depression and stress are just a few of the most common causes. See your doctor for evaluation.
