Drop in BP: Some people are very sensitive to changes in temperature. The cold weather alone could be enough to make you feel light headed. If you go from one extreme to another – the change of temperature could cause your blood pressure to drop causing dizziness. This is called a vasovagal response.

Any rash: Uncertain some people get low blood pressure with cold, others are deconditioned and get shorter breath. This is something your physician can discuss with you
