Viral lesions: You probably have a virus. Comfort care with some chloroseptic and washes with warm salt water 1 tsp/ 16 oz of water. May add 2 to 3 tsp if you wish. You can take Tylenol or Motrin if there is fever chills or pain. Good luck and feel better.

Nasal steroid: You likely had too much of a stimulant effect from Sudafed and that's not an allergic reaction. Nasal steroids are actually far more effective without much side effects for nasal congestion.
